Many clients ask about our design process, so we provide the following information to you as helpful guidelines. Your project is unique and individual, and will be treated that way. Please feel free to address any questions to one of our design professionals at any time.

Initial meeting with designer
Discussion of your project scope, review design process, and answer any questions you may have. Review budget.

Preliminary design estimate
Design consultation. Development of preliminary floor plans and design selections. Initial pricing, or range of pricing. Does not include release of drawings unless proceeding with design retainer.

Design retainer
Complete design, including consultation, site visit, development and release of conceptual floor plans, perspective drawings, or elevations.

Pricing
Pricing would include detailed proposal. Other elements include supplying you a door sample at no cost, which reflects final selections for style, wood, finish, and hardware of your cabinetry choice. This will assist you in your design selection of other materials. A one hour complimentary appointment with an interior designer, for your soft finishes, is also included at this time.

Deposit
Deposit for final floor plans, perspectives, and when needed: lighting, construction or engineering drawings. Project will be given a time slot. Ordering and scheduling of all materials, and related trade professionals.
