Discussion of your project scope, review design process, and answer any questions you may have. Review budget.
Preliminary design estimate
Development of preliminary floor plans and design selections, initial pricing or range of pricing. Does not include release of drawings unless you proceed with a design retainer.
Design retainer
Complete design, including consultation, site visit, development and release of conceptual floor plans, perspective drawings, or elevations.

Pricing
Pricing includes a detailed proposal. Other elements include supplying, at no cost to you, a door sample, which reflects your final selections for style, wood, finish, hardware and cabinetry. This will assist you in your design selection of other materials. Included, is a complimentary one-hour complimentary appointment with our interior designer for your soft finishes.
Deposit
Deposit for final floor plans, perspectives, and when needed: lighting, construction or engineering drawings. Project will be given a time slot. Ordering and scheduling of all materials, and related trade professionals.
Project Package
Project Package is a detailed set of engineered drawings for the contractor and installer to follow.
